FYI, actually, it is hint.acpi... not hint.apic...
The same typo also exists in

http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/acpi-debug.html

Furthermore, neither	hint.apic.0.disabled="1"
		nor	hint.acpi.0.disabled="1"
works in /etc/boot/loader.conf for booting problem.
