OK, unless anyone objects I will do this in the next day or so.  My plan =
is to svn rm
the old port and svn mv devel to eclipse.  If there is another process =
to follow
please let me know.  I'll update the devel port to point to 4.3 and to =
be ignored,
but then folks can start hacking on it.
