The goal of a GSOC project is to get the code into FreeBSD. The code can be seen here: https://socsvn.freebsd.org/socsvn/soc2014/zkorchev/ Since Juniper has many years of experience AND the GSOC project has many, many utils converted I'm suggesting that Juniper engage in the review process and help us get the best of both worlds in. Simon, can you help us with the review and make suggestions on what needs to be changed/augmented to get the best of both efforts in? The details for the code are here: https://socsvn.freebsd.org/socsvn/soc2014/zkorchev/ You should be able to do an svn checkout and then get diffs to see what is going on.
