Are you using ZFS on those servers? If so, I would definately consider 
implementing some sort of snapshotting scheme (using zxfer and zfsnap) 
for your backups.

Also, are you only using apache data? A lot of webservers are running 
with stuff like Mysql / Elasticsearch "nowadays".
