Ok .. i manage to do something but still i got problem .. first of all i
have to disable ARM_EABI in src.conf
WITHOUT_ARM_EABI=yes

after that i have to build kernel-toolchain
 make TARGET=arm TARGET_ARCH=armeb kernel-toolchain

and kernel
 make TARGET=arm TARGET_ARCH=armeb KERNCONF=AVILA buildkernel

result is here :
