So recently I ran freebsd-update on my 13.0-RELEASE hosts and received and
applied updates for 13.0-RELEASEp3, although I've yet to see a security or
advisory announcement, nor anything on the errata page. Am I missing
something? Last I checked I was subscribed and I did get notifications for
13.0-RELEASEp2.
