Which is best way to detect first-start?
I placed chown (but only of standalone subdir) in _start section, should
work.

Oh, great, they returned '-b' back :)

I think it's more about their documentation, default setup is localhost due
to security, if you need to change this, you should
have deep knowledge how and why.
