It was an Intel driver diagnostic for Intel chipset.
It says that one of drives running at ATA-100 and other at ATA-33.
How I can test it another way?

Yes. When I disconnect secondary (non ATA-66/100 compliant) drive from this
cable, FreeBSD use ATA-100 on primary.
