Do you have a net connection?  If you do, then let the port do it's thing
and grab the distribution file from the master site.

Also, are the distfiles mounted/copied under /usr/ports/distfiles?
bash-2.0.tar.gz is certainly on the 2.2.2 CDROM in ports/distfiles.
