	Hi,

	Thanks for the response to my problem. To answer you, I use bash or bash2. But in my
.login file I have the following line:

TERM=xterm-color;  export TERM

alias x='exit'
alias ls='colorls -FG'
alias ll='colorls -FGl'
alias la='colorls -FGal'

	In addition, in anything but the first 2 xterm windows that open when starting X, the
colorls as well as an alias: alias ts='telnet shell.tht.net'
will not work.

	If you can help me I would be most grateful.

	Again thanks for your help in advance!!

	Regards....

   lanny
