Subject: hangs while heavy disk IO

I've just cvsup'ed to RELENG_4 and seeing "hangs" while heavy disk IO
is performed (like bonnie test). Kernel says:

/kernel: ahc1: Timedout SCB already complete. Interrupts may not be
functioning.

This is definitly NOT a hardware problem because when I replace all
hardware (yes even different scsi, sym instead ahc) problem still the
same. There isn't any problem when kernel is compiled as non-SMP.

Does anyone seen something like this problem?
