Hello all, I've been looking at various kernels which might be able to host a Java Virtual Machine to form a kind of Java-Based OS. So far nothing I've tried seems to be able to give me what I want. So what I want to ask is: Does picoBSD provide a pthreads implementation? Does it require some sort of root filesystem (mfsroot?) to boot? Will it be difficult to build a GRUB bootable image, especially one bigger than a floppy?
