My system has(had) two harddrives, wd0 with win95 and wd1 with freebsd. I want to take the win drive out and only have freebsd in. I installed a boot manager to the freebsd drive. I editted fstab and changed all /dev/wd1 to /dev/wd0. I removed the windows drive and set the jumper on the freebsd drive to master. It boots fine, but I get /dev/wd0 no such device when it goes to load up wd0. What did I do wrong and how can I fix it? Please reply to me directly. Thanks in advance. - Graey -------------------------------------------------------------------------- www.plaidranch.org/~slayer ICQ# 6247141 slayer@plaidranch.org www.faqs.org/faqs/usenet/posting-rules/ www.newbiesguide.com/ To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
