One of the NT weenies I work with said the other day that they're mostly
developed using some kind of Windows cross-development environment. Further,
there's some kind of limited DirectX compatability available, which eases in
the porting of PSX games to and from the PC.

It would be interesting to know whether or not this is true (especially the
latter).
