If I obtain ports from either NetBSD or OpenBSD and submit them via send-pr,
should I be mentioning that in the PR?

The reason I ask is because my devel/cervisia port was based on NetBSD's. Maybe
porting.html should be updated to ask porters to mention credits like this.
