Well, it's happened.. we could use a branch on parts of the -current sys 
tree, which will (naturally) conflict with the version numbers of the 
unofficial LITE2 branch.

Does anybody have a checked out copy of the LITE2 branch with pending 
commits?  If not, I'd like to nuke it and recreate it with a higher, 
non-conflicting magic branch number...
