Sender: owner-stable@FreeBSD.org X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk Is there any way at all (icky patches, you name it) to make a SureStore 4020i work on 2.1.5? From what I've read, it doesn't work because the surestore lies and says it's a regular CD-ROM. I can't switch this machine to current. This is the hardware I'm stuck with, I'm really hoping there's a way to make it work. Any ideas? Cc: ctm@freebsd.org Sender: owner-stable@freebsd.org X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Precedence: bulk Notice: You are not required to take any action because of this change. In keeping with the CTM services for other distribution lists of FreeBSD, the ctm-scr-2_1 list will also be changing to the slow mailout format. If you wish to assure that your updates are not delayed by this mechanism, you may subscribe to the ctm-scr-2_1-fast list instead. Except for the possible time delay caused by the mail bandwidth limiter, both lists will carry the same information. In actuality, unless there is some unforseen addition to the stable branch, I do not anticipate that the throttle restriction will ever come into action. However, we are providing both lists in order to promote uniformity.
