I get the following warning repeated: dpt0 ERROR: Marking 137 (Prevent/Allow Medium Removal [7.14]) on c0b0t0u0 as last after 19828979usec dpt0 ERROR: Stale 137 (Prevent/Allow Medium Removal [7.14]) on c0b0t0u0 (2982897 This error repeats over and over again, and the system requires a reset.
