Just saw Julian's homepage and the copyright/licensing policy of Kirk's
softupdate code.

Is the actual (-current) softupdate code derived directly from Ganger/
Patt or a modified version of Kirk's inplementation?

How would Kirk handle the demand for individiual licenses to all sort
of (commercial) FreeBSD useres (not resellers)?
