How 'bout a plain old basic MUD?
Merc, ROM, Circle, Envy, Smaug, whatever code base you want.
Getting it into Chinese would have to be rather magic, tho.
ftp.game.org has code bases for most muds.
I'm partial to ROM, but that's just me.
