I have a Toshiba Satellite 320CDT with Xircom CM-56T modem and 3Com 10/100 LAN CardBus 3CCFE575BT card. I can't get it to work under FreeBSD 2.2.7-RELEASE. I did use PAO package for 2.2.7 and it did recognize ToPIC97 PCI-CardBus Bridge. I got this /dev/card0:Device not configured everytime I tried to run rc.pccard. Please help! By the way, I tried Red Hat 5.1 with the lastest PCMCIA packages 3.0.6. It works fine except that it did not show me the correct speed (10M light instead of 100M light is on although I connect it to a 100M hub). 3c575_cb.c has the support for this card. It seems quite stable in Red Hat 5.1. I don't know how to port this over to FreeBSD. Sid _________________________________________________________ DO YOU YAHOO!? With the help of an associate, we have FreeBSD running on a Everex notebook using a PAO kernel config. I have to get WINE to run on this notebook so I can run normal MS Office 97 apps, but have been having problems. Can this be done or am I just wasting time? If it can, where should I get the port files? If I can't get this running by Wednesday (tomorrow) morning, I have to give up and reload Win95 to ready for a road trip Monday. Please also copy me directly.
