The cross-compiler/toolchain we're planning on using is built and working. Right now I'm working on gathering information about the boot prom, and some simple test programs. I also recently found out about a sun4m simulator that is available for free called SimICS. I haven't had a chance to download it yet, but it sounds like it will be really helpfull. If you're interested in looking at it go to http://www.sics.se/simics/ You'll need a machine running Solaris to use it.
