Actually, it's not working yet. But I've made some progress, so it's good time to release current status... Currently, the card seems to be able to join the ring. But it cannot send/receive any IP packets (I think I made some mistakes in memory remapping codes between PCIC and the card). Furthermore, the card re-insertion causes system hangup. Anyway, I've put current stuffs in http://www2.gol.com/users/ymoriya/FreeBSD/tr/ Regards, -- Yukinobu Moriya ymoriya@kt.rim.or.jp -> ymoriya@yamato.ibm.co.jp To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-tokenring" in the body of the message From owner-freebsd-tokenring Sat Jul 3 15:13:47 1999 Delivered-To: freebsd-tokenring@freebsd.org Received: from cindy.yamato.ibm.co.jp (cindy.yamato.ibm.co.jp [203.141.89.10]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 595F7151C5 for ; Sat, 3 Jul 1999 15:13:29 -0700 (PDT) (envelope-from ymoriya@yamato.ibm.co.jp) Received: from kyoto.yamato.ibm.com (kyoto3.yamato.ibm.com [9.68.3.1]) by cindy.yamato.ibm.co.jp (8.8.8/3.7W/GW3.3) with ESMTP id HAA52182 for ; Sun, 4 Jul 1999 07:13:19 +0900 Received: from sapporo.apt.austin.ibm.com (sapporo.apt.austin.ibm.com [9.3.71.13]) by kyoto.yamato.ibm.com (8.8.8/MS2.00) with ESMTP id HAA472050 for ; Sun, 4 Jul 1999 07:13:27 +0900 Received: (from ymoriya@localhost) by sapporo.apt.austin.ibm.com (AIX4.3/UCB 8.8.8/3.6Wbeta5) id RAA03540 for freebsd-tokenring@FreeBSD.ORG; Sat, 3 Jul 1999 17:13:24 -0500 From: Yukinobu Moriya Message-Id: <199907032213.RAA03540@sapporo.apt.austin.ibm.com> Subject: Re: Status of IBM Credit Card T/R Adapter To: freebsd-tokenring@FreeBSD.ORG Date: Sat, 3 Jul 1999 17:13:24 -0500 (CDT) In-Reply-To: <000001bec595$5dfe52e0$0201a8c0@h4hgt> from "Tom Krotchko" at Jul 3, 99 04:48:13 pm X-Mailer: ELM [version 2.4(JP v0.40) PL25] MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-2022-JP Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Sender: owner-freebsd-tokenring@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG Tom Krotchko writes: > Which version of the TR adapter? All type of cards were recognised. I don't have Turbo 16/4 CCA now, but I think it's similar to Auto 16/4.
