Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"; format=flowed Sender: owner-freebsd-database@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk Oh sorry about the last post. It was my own fault. I forgot to create database objects this time around. :( So naturally no objects, no packages. However, I am pretty sure I get weird problems if I install with 6.1 base from the start. (it loses contact rather quickly). If I install 6.0 devtools + 6.1 base, a lot of scripts fail to run on install. (5.2 base + 5.2 devtools works out but has linking failures). Well, I forgot exactly how I did it to get it to install everything perfectly before and without any errors. It was some combo of 5.2 + 5.2 then 6.1 base and reinstalling a few things (but not all, since the listener will break). I will test it a bit more. It may still be just on my side. Even though there is linking failures, 5.2+5.2 installing, then the move to 6.1 base plus the linking patches on the web are working on great so far. -Carroll Kong To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-database" in the body of the message
