Vmware 2.0.2 was running well. Today I have upgraded to 5.0-current of today. (To do some testing with PC-Cardbus ...) Everything seems to run well, but vmware is now really slow. Basically it is doing disc-io all the time and is close to be unusable. With pre-SMPng current it was doing havy disk-io every now and then, but in between it was working reasonably fast. I have already recompiled the kld-modules (rtc.ko and vmmon_up.ko) which did not make any difference. Are others seeing the same behavior? Any hints what I could change?
