A FreeBSD/i386 port is first. A FreeBSD/alpha port is planned and will be made either at the same time as the i386 port or shortly afterwards, depending on what works best and if I have an Alpha in the mean time... We're still talking about how this can be distributed, but it looks like it's going through the official channels.
