After that it is simply a matter of: 1) Finding a place to meet. Can be most anywere until you get a feel for things 2) Name your group. Perhaps put up a small web site with info for your first meeting. 3) Announce your first meeting well in advance and then each week leading up to it and that day in as many places as possible. COntact other groups that may have some interested members. 4) Poof.. People start showing up. The next thing to do is to divide the load. Try to find others who will help in running things, run the meeting, mnage the web site etc.. Hope this helps.
