while tryin to get there http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/history.html from here http://www.freebsd.org/availability.html (... one of the project's founders, has written a brief history of the FreeBSD project. ...) i got a 404, cause it seems that history.html does not exist. but this http://www.freebsd.org/handbook worked. this http://www.freebsd.org/handbook/about.html looks like the link I ve been lookin for. btw, I ve been messin around with linux the last few years, and I m thinkin of tryin freeBSD cause variety is the spice of life! :) Have fun!
