We had nothing but problems with this firm. We have had machines built incorrectly on several occasions. Dodgy memory in 4 out of 7 machines they supplied us. Machines with multi-channel RAID controllers specified, where only one SCSI channel was cabled. This happened on 3 out of the 7 machines. All ordered seperatly so you would think they would learn after doing it wrong once. The worst part is the service afterwards. They actually suggested they could send new drive enclosures and we should fit them ourselves. When we obviously refused they claimed we were "being lazy" in sending the machines back for them to do the work. Amazing. We are now moving to a new supplier for our FreeBSD boxes. I just wanted to prevent anyone else falling into this trap. Cheers.
