  Use the prefix supplied by packages when installing them and not
  libh's default prefix in any case (this was probably a development
  knob).
  Switch the default prefix from "/tmp/sysinstall2work" to "/usr/local".
  
  [And I wondered all the time why it installs the d*mn packages into
  /tmp *g*]
