What you need to do is do a fresh cvsup, then do: # rm -rf /usr/obj/* # cd /usr/src # make -DNOCLEAN buildworld ... After world and kernel are rebuilt and reinstalled, you must reboot, then do the exact same thing again. This way, everything will be rebuilt with the fixed compiler. Then, rebuild libgnomeui. After that, you should be set. Despite that, I am constrained to write you this letter because of the urgency of it.By way of self introduction, I am Mr. LAWRENCE Kobe, the son of late Brigadier - Gen.Maxwell Kobe former ECOMOG ARMY COMMANDER [West African peacekeeping force in Sierra Leone] who died in the Sierra Leone civil disturbance [War]. My mother, three sisters and I are trapped in obnoxious custom and traditional norms. We have suffered maltreatment and untold hardship in the hands of my late father's family, simply because I am the only male child [heir apparent]for my late father. By tradition, all that my late father had, [wealth] belongs to his brothers/family. And my mother is to be remarried by his immediate younger brother which I vehemently refused. They have taken all that my mother suffered with her late husband to acquire including treasures, houses and his bank particular seized by them. I wanted to escape to the United State of America [USA} with my younger ones and my mother on exile, but again they conspired and stole my international passport and other traveling document to further frustrate me. Thank God, two weeks ago, I received Key Text Code from a Security Company abroad, that my late father deposited U.S$18Million cash with this company. It has therefore, become very necessary and urgent to contact someone, a foreigner like you to help me receive/secure these funds overseas in a reliable bank Account(presumably an empty Bank Account, if available) and to help invest it on our behalf as well, while we find a way of getting out to meet with you in your country. These funds are kept on an "OPEN BENEFICIARY MANDATE" with the Security Company to avoid detection, seizure or diversion. I have had several telephone discussions with the Assistant Director of the security company, who has express willingness to help me on meeting the company's demands. This is why I have contacted you to help save my children and I, receive these funds on our behalf. But, you would need to give me sufficient assurance that if you help me, you would not divert the funds. My children and I have resolved to give you 30% of the total sum,10% for expenses just incase and the remaining 60% for the family. This is all I have got to live on. Please, I have reposed my confidence in you and I hope you will not disappoint me. I look forward to your urgent response, including your private phone / mobile No and also your fax no for easier communication. NB: The secret codes (e.g Pin No., Secret Access Code) for this fund are safely kept with me which I can give you as soon as you express desire to help me. Stay blessed. I personally have no interest in maintaining mono at this time. Juli Mallet has expressed interest in maintaining it, as well as the reason why it hasn't been updated (boehm issues). I've done a update to 0.17 available as a diff at http://www.marcuscom.com/downloads/freeze/. However, it will not be going into 5.0-RELEASE. I'm not even sure it works. You should probably check with Peter Penchev, as he definitely has something which works. > I think sobomax might have a vested interest in mono, so I hesitate to > sign it over just yet. If he doesn't want, it's yours, Juli. I was going to say that it was he who had pointed out the actual problems with Mono to me, but it turns out to have been roam@. I'm not saying I demand it or anything, if someone else wants to maintain it, that's fine, and if they have more experience with ports than I do, then all the better! But I'm always here to funnel things back into Mono and can extort reasons for various bits of code from people should they be problematic on FreeBSD. Right now I think the only change we make that isn't in CVS is the one wrt config.dist stuff. Thanx, juli. -- Juli Mallett OpenDarwin, Mono, FreeBSD Developer. ircd-hybrid Developer, EFnet addict. It should and it does. What you saw was most likely a product from upgrading after GNOMENG went into effect.
