There're two possible options: 1) Add *_EU locales which should be identical to original except that they'll utilize "EUR" as International Currency Symbol and "Eu" as National Currency Symbol. For example German Euro Locale should look like "de_EU.ISO8859-15". But I not sure about compability of these locale names with existing applications (like XFree, etc) 2) Fix existing locales of countries which switched from using national currencies to EURO.
