Windows XP reports that the controller is an O2Micro OZ6933 and everything works great. I've tried 4.3-RELEASE and 4.5-RELEASE and while the controller is succesfully probed, pccardc appears to have problems registering memory. pcic0: irq 9 at device 3.0 on pci1 pcic0: PCI Memory allocated: 0x44000000 pcic0: Warning: O2micro OZ68xx chips may not work pccard0: on pcic0 pcic1: irq 9 at device 3.1 on pci1 pcic1: PCI Memory allocated: 0x44001000 pcic1: Warning: O2micro OZ68xx chips may not work pccard1: on pcic1 ... Setup PC-CARD: pccardc: ioctl (PIOCRWMEM) : Invalid argument ... I've also tried using 5.0-CURRENT with both OLDCARD and NEWCARD support. With OLDCARD support the controller is detected as a 6933 and with NEWCARD as a 6833. In either case a message similar to the following is received. pcic0: irq 5 at device 3.0 on pci1 pcic0: Could not grab register memory device_probe_and_attach: pcic0 attache returned 12 Does anyone have a Dell Inspiron 2500 with card support working? Does anyone have any experience with similar problems and suggestions for a work around? Does anyone have any suggestions for where I should start looking to correct this problem myself? Any assistance greatly appreciated. Regards, Scott. To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-mobile" in the body of the message
