You can see the details at http://www.acatysmoof.com/ffmpeg This port was made from the cvs snapshot from 2002-07-21 10:40:00 PST. In summary: - 20% CPU usage reduction from Steve's new grab code. by capturing in YUV instead of the v4l BGR default. lower CPU usage achieved by incorporating a modified yuv422_to_yuv420p directly in grab.c and returning 420p which is what the codecs eat. - Sorenson v1 decode support. - Largefile support eliminates the 2Gb barrier on filesizes Let me know it goes.
