If someone's looking for an easy task to do, the following functions
are missing restrict type-qualifiers:

signal.h:
	sigwait()

stdio.h:
	fgetpos(), fgets(), fopen(), fputs(), fread(), freopen(), fscanf(),
	fwrite(), scanf(), sscanf(), vscanf(), vsscanf()
