The resources used are interesting to say the least. The pci front end for wi likely is picking the wrong one to use. the other boot messages indicate that the driver isn't talking to the card correctly since it can't read the mac address. I have a Sony VAIO GRX-570 running FBSD 5.0-RELEASE. Under 4.7 my mouse was PS/2(psm0, irq 12) and everything worked fine. Not in 5.0, I have no idea why it doesn't work. Any suggestions would be appreciated. In examination of my dmesg it's obvious I should disable acpi but that can't be done, if I do so I get kernel panics on pci0, so that is not an option.
