I'd say I'm fairly bright but I'm new to configuration at the level of this fix. Could someone point me to sufficient resources to figure out how to apply it? I'd be much appreciative. ...Robert >If you take the following diff as a patch and only apply the lines referring >to ich5 then you should be able to get the ich5 working without incident: > >http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/sys/dev/sound/pci/ich.c.diff?r1=1.31& >r2=1.30 -- Robert Froese, RPF Assistant Professor, Forest Biometrics School of Forest Resources and Environmental Science Mighigan Technological University, Houghton MI. Everything works great, but when the machine is docked, it would be nice if sound went out to the speakers plugged into the dock. Anyone know how I can do this?
