It appears something got broken, this is after a portupgrade -R
portupgrade, and also a clean install:

elitetek@gizmo:# pkgdb -F
** Error occured reading /usr/local/etc/pkgtools.conf:
        undefined local variable or method `values' for PkgConfig:Module

all commands give that error. pkgtools.conf has been unmodified by me,
but I deleted it and reinstalled, still same error.
