I have updated the oltr driver to support ISA cards, the OC-3118 (works well) and OC-3117 (not tested by me, but probably works.) I also have fixed a few small things in the PCI code. I know it's probably a few years late, but if anyone is interested, and would use or test it, I can clean it up and package it. Otherwise, it works for my purposes as it is and I may not bother.
