From: Olof Samuelsson To: freebsd-gnats-submit@FreeBSD.org, tromperbee@yahoo.com Cc: Subject: Re: ports/73953: www/mod_musicindex cannot load Date: Mon, 22 Nov 2004 06:40:46 +0100 I have this port up-and-running under Apache2, but I'm not sure how to proceed. Please advice. I have changed Makefile.apache2; should i send-pr a patch to the patch to Makefile.apache2? It probably needs review from someone that knows something about libtool... There is also a strange bug in html.c, the request->server->port is always zero and hence html.c generates broken URLs, I run my server on port 80 and have hence simply disabled the code snippet that checks for another port. Also, the port seems slightly our-of-date, the upstream version is at 0.99.7, the port is at 0.9.0, should I try to create an update and send-pr it? There's no way to track httpd.conf.bak changes. We can: - patch apxs to not create httpd.conf.bak - "@unexec rm -f" them These files are useless in normal operations (use of apxs -A). clem --Signature=_Sat__27_Nov_2004_11_01_36_+0100_I9yys6vG.TU8jJ+V Content-Type: application/pgp-signature -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQFBqFCDsRhfjwcjuh0RAromAKCHeTRluZbWQu/d/OmiPI2jI8VQ2ACfShdY 4nRqlXJnzqQOen+5FSylBaM= =MD9t -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --Signature=_Sat__27_Nov_2004_11_01_36_+0100_I9yys6vG.TU8jJ+V-- From owner-freebsd-apache@FreeBSD.ORG Sat Nov 27 18:45:00 2004 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-apache@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.FreeBSD.org (mx1.freebsd.org [216.136.204.125]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 9C7D416A4CE for ; Sat, 27 Nov 2004 18:45:00 +0000 (GMT) Received: from obsecurity.dyndns.org (CPE0050040655c8-CM00111ae02aac.cpe.net.cable.rogers.com [69.194.102.143]) by mx1.FreeBSD.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id D105543D5D for ; Sat, 27 Nov 2004 18:44:59 +0000 (GMT) (envelope-from kris@obsecurity.org) Received: by obsecurity.dyndns.org (Postfix, from userid 1000) id B2217511AA; Sat, 27 Nov 2004 10:49:38 -0800 (PST) Date: Sat, 27 Nov 2004 10:49:38 -0800 From: Kris Kennaway To: Clement Laforet Message-ID: <20041127184938.GA35193@xor.obsecurity.org> References: <20041126224238.GA23753@xor.obsecurity.org> <20041127110136.3b8c0ef8.sheepkiller@cultdeadsheep.org> Mime-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/signed; micalg=pgp-sha1; protocol="application/pgp-signature"; boundary="DocE+STaALJfprDB" Content-Disposition: inline In-Reply-To: <20041127110136.3b8c0ef8.sheepkiller@cultdeadsheep.org> User-Agent: Mutt/1.4.2.1i cc: apache@freeBSD.org cc: Kris Kennaway Subject: Re: usr/local/etc/apache/httpd.conf.bak X-BeenThere: freebsd-apache@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.1 Precedence: list List-Id: Support of apache-related ports List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Sat, 27 Nov 2004 18:45:00 -0000 --DocE+STaALJfprDB Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable On Sat, Nov 27, 2004 at 11:01:36AM +0100, Clement Laforet wrote: > On Fri, 26 Nov 2004 14:42:38 -0800 > Kris Kennaway wrote: >=20 > > A lot of these files are showing up in > >=20 > > http://pointyhat.freebsd.org/errorlogs/i386-4-latest-logs/extras.html > >=20 > > How can we deal with them so they are not left behind after > > pkg-deinstall and clutter up the list? >=20 > There's no way to track httpd.conf.bak changes.
