A couple of months ago I said I would start working on a sysinstall replacement once I got some stuff "cleared off my plate". I said this because I wasn't seeing anyone working on a similar project. But now that someone is, and it seems to be going places, that "itch" is much less. So I'm going to announce I'm not going to start another project (whew!) and instead encourage people to help out the BSD Installer project. I'll start looking into that myself once I finish clearing off my plate (looming certification exam). -- David Johnson From owner-freebsd-libh@FreeBSD.ORG Wed Oct 6 08:30:39 2004 Return-Path: Delivered-To: freebsd-libh@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.FreeBSD.org (mx1.freebsd.org [216.136.204.125]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 1524716A4CE; Wed, 6 Oct 2004 08:30:39 +0000 (GMT) Received: from freefall.freebsd.org (freefall.freebsd.org [216.136.204.21]) by mx1.FreeBSD.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id EBACE43D1D; Wed, 6 Oct 2004 08:30:38 +0000 (GMT) (envelope-from arved@FreeBSD.org) Received: from freefall.freebsd.org (arved@localhost [127.0.0.1]) i968UctU023717; Wed, 6 Oct 2004 08:30:38 GMT (envelope-from arved@freefall.freebsd.org) Received: (from arved@localhost) by freefall.freebsd.org (8.12.11/8.12.11/Submit) id i968UcaX023713; Wed, 6 Oct 2004 08:30:38 GMT (envelope-from arved) Date: Wed, 6 Oct 2004 08:30:38 GMT From: Tilman Linneweh Message-Id: <200410060830.i968UcaX023713@freefall.freebsd.org> To: arved@FreeBSD.org, libh@FreeBSD.org, arved@FreeBSD.org Subject: Re: ports/71544: devel/tvision might need these extra patches X-BeenThere: freebsd-libh@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.1 Precedence: list List-Id: Dedicated to libh code development List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Wed, 06 Oct 2004 08:30:39 -0000 Synopsis: devel/tvision might need these extra patches Responsible-Changed-From-To: libh->arved Responsible-Changed-By: arved Responsible-Changed-When: Wed Oct 6 08:29:33 GMT 2004 Responsible-Changed-Why: I have contacted Max Okumoto to integrate your patches into the sourceforge project.
