Based on the location and very obfuscated corp-speak description, I assume you're referring to Transmeta. On closer examination, this position is, in fact, listed on the Transmeta site, along with others... http://www.transmeta.com/corporate/career/postings.html Anyone who lives in the area (or wants to) and took an interest in the above (but didn't fit this position's description) might want to take a look at the full list. They also have a Unix Systems Admin position that might be interesting for someone with good AIX skills. -- Eric From owner-freebsd-jobs@FreeBSD.ORG Wed Jul 27 19:31:03 2005 Return-Path: X-Original-To: freebsd-jobs@freebsd.org Delivered-To: freebsd-jobs@freebsd.org Received: from mx1.FreeBSD.org (mx1.freebsd.org [216.136.204.125]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 21B1D16A41F for ; Wed, 27 Jul 2005 19:31:03 +0000 (GMT) (envelope-from olivier@gautherot.net) Received: from mx.lc-1.netline.cl (mx.lc-1.netline.cl [216.241.9.123]) by mx1.FreeBSD.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id BC46243D45 for ; Wed, 27 Jul 2005 19:31:02 +0000 (GMT) (envelope-from olivier@gautherot.net) Received: from app2 ([10.0.0.12]:59029 helo=mail.netline.cl) by mx.lc-1.netline.cl with esmtp (SMTP 1.0 #1) id 1DxrbF-00029M-Q3 for ; Wed, 27 Jul 2005 15:29:53 -0400 Received: from adsl-200-119-234-33.manquehue.net ([200.119.234.33]:63498 helo=colinux) by mail.netline.cl with esmtp (SMTP 1.0 #1) id 1DxrcK-00079s-Fn for ; Wed, 27 Jul 2005 15:31:00 -0400 From: Olivier Gautherot To: freebsd-jobs@freebsd.org Date: Wed, 27 Jul 2005 19:31:05 +0000 User-Agent: KMail/1.8.1 MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Content-Disposition: inline Message-Id: <200507271931.08233.olivier@gautherot.net> Subject: Looking for opportunity in Chile X-BeenThere: freebsd-jobs@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.5 Precedence: list List-Id: Jobs offered and sought List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Wed, 27 Jul 2005 19:31:03 -0000 Hi there! They're here: http://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-jobs/ And what you say is true. That the originator of this thread unsubscribed because of the excessive noise is just sad. I ardently believe this list should be moderated. I see no compelling reason for it to contain anything other than people looking for work and work looking for people. I happily volunteer myself for this duty. (With apologies for contributing to the noise.) -Snow
