This may be a bit intimidating, depending on your experience, but see the FreeBSD Handbook and read "The Cutting Edge". It describes how to update your sources and rebuild the system. You want to use a default_tag of "RELENG_5". (That should make sense after reading the section.) After updating the sources (the tricky part) you need to rebuild the system. That i pretty simple if you follow the instructions carefully. Just don't try skipping any steps. They are all there for a reason, even though some may not be too obvious. -- R.
