I'm unable to access the machine (ssh/telnet) over a network .... I can only ping. However sshd is running fine as I can ssh on the local machine... I suspect some firewall rules restricting access to the machine .. But I'm not familiar with the firewall in FreeBSD. It would be gr8 if someone can throw some light to the problem.
