I just read an interview with a developer from the Linux Flash Player team. Considering our recent discussions again regarding the Flash Player, I thought it appropriate to pass on: http://blogs.zdnet.com/Stewart/?p=96 He mentions in TFA that the best way for us to get FreeBSD support is to stop by the following site and request it as a feature: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform I already submitted a request through there a few months back when I managed to get the Linux binary back into /usr/ports when it was removed due to licensing. I suggest we all go directly to the source instead of this petition stuff. Just flood their request form with FreeBSD. I think that might give them a bit more motivation to get porting, but we need as many people as possible to do it.
