Huzzar! I'll post a patch when I've tidied it up a bit. Joe p.s. there appears a network problem; when vmware starts up it displays a message that I've never seen before: "invaid host-only ip address. failyed to configure ethernet0". If you've got a working network stack with vmware under FreeBSD-6, can you please let me know?
