Dear all,

I am the one of the operators of Education Networks in Thailand.

We would like to build an official mirror for FTP fileset and also CVS 
respository since our country has no FTP mirror site.
Thus we would like to mirror directly form ftp-master.freebsd.org.
Could you please suggest us how can we get permission to access 
ftp-master site?
