You'll have to talk with him about them (CCed). These are generated using commercial software called SAS. My code is rather ugly and I thought it was doubtful that anyone else would be using SAS, so aside from embarassing myself with my ugly code, I didn't think the source would be all that useful to publish. I kind've like slicing and dicing data so this really started as a "hey look at this" thing and now lots of folks use it, which I think is cool. I'm happy to keep generating these for as long as the database is in gnats - I have it set up as an automated cron job that's been running for several years. Sometimes something happens and it fails, but I generally get it back up and going fairly quickly. Hmmm ... currently it looks like the data hasn't been updated since the 17th - I'll have to look into that. This is probably due to GNATS not propogating its data correctly yet (it broke during the server move). So this is probably not your fault. I don't know what the solution is, yet. mcl From owner-freebsd-www@FreeBSD.ORG Mon Nov 20 11:10:15 2006 Return-Path: X-Original-To: freebsd-www@FreeBSD.org Delivered-To: freebsd-www@FreeBSD.org Received: from mx1.FreeBSD.org (mx1.freebsd.org [69.147.83.52]) by hub.freebsd.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 899FD16A4FD for ; Mon, 20 Nov 2006 11:10:15 +0000 (UTC) (envelope-from owner-bugmaster@FreeBSD.org) Received: from freefall.freebsd.org (freefall.freebsd.org [69.147.83.40]) by mx1.FreeBSD.org (Postfix) with ESMTP id 58C3E43DF3 for ; Mon, 20 Nov 2006 11:08:18 +0000 (GMT) (envelope-from owner-bugmaster@FreeBSD.org) Received: from freefall.freebsd.org (linimon@localhost [127.0.0.1]) by freefall.freebsd.org (8.13.4/8.13.4) with ESMTP id kAKB8Y2K001669 for ; Mon, 20 Nov 2006 11:08:34 GMT (envelope-from owner-bugmaster@FreeBSD.org) Received: (from linimon@localhost) by freefall.freebsd.org (8.13.4/8.13.4/Submit) id kAKB8Wod001665 for freebsd-www@FreeBSD.org; Mon, 20 Nov 2006 11:08:32 GMT (envelope-from owner-bugmaster@FreeBSD.org) Date: Mon, 20 Nov 2006 11:08:32 GMT Message-Id: <200611201108.kAKB8Wod001665@freefall.freebsd.org> X-Authentication-Warning: freefall.freebsd.org: linimon set sender to owner-bugmaster@FreeBSD.org using -f From: FreeBSD bugmaster To: freebsd-www@FreeBSD.org Cc: Subject: Current problem reports assigned to you X-BeenThere: freebsd-www@freebsd.org X-Mailman-Version: 2.1.5 Precedence: list List-Id: FreeBSD Project Webmasters List-Unsubscribe: , List-Archive: List-Post: List-Help: List-Subscribe: , X-List-Received-Date: Mon, 20 Nov 2006 11:10:15 -0000 Current FreeBSD problem reports Critical problems Serious problems S Tracker Resp. If a translated version of "events.xml" already exists users will be pointed to the translated version (even if this file is totally outdated which is the case with the french version of "events.xml" for example). So I think it would be better not to translate "events.xml" at all and to point users to the english version of events.xml even from the localized parts of our website with something like the following: --- libcommon.xsl Mon Nov 20 16:03:01 2006 +++ libcommon.xsl.new Wed Nov 22 21:20:54 2006 @@ -1083,8 +1083,7 @@ - &enbase;/ - &base;/ + &enbase;/ events/#event: But as my knowledge on XML, XSL and so on is rather limited and additionally my commit bit does not cover this part of the source tree one of the other doc/www-committers would have to take a look at this problem/PR.
