After moving it to new mailing list software, I made it a moderated list to bring it in line with the other "announce" type mailing lists. However, I *also* imported the old majordomo list a second time but this time under the name 'ctm-users@freebsd.org'. So, instead of discussing things on ctm-announce like before, the correct list is now ctm-users@freebsd.org.
