It seems that cvsup.at.FreeBSD.org is out of sync and hasn't been updated for several days (at a minimum). cvsup2.at.FreeBSD.org seems fine. I apologize if this is not the correct list for such reports, but I failed to find any better reference at http://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/cvsup.html I also didn't find the contact address for the operators of the various mirrors, or I would have tried to contact them directly.
